There are several stories I would like to share with everyone:
The most recent was my son’s David’s Bar Mitzvah. Mendel went up to all the Boys and anyone new to the Shul introduced himself and welcomed them to Chabad he also said Shabbot Shalom. My out of town family and guests felt so welcomed and were every impressed by him.
David, Lev and I always liked shopping for Mendel for his “special Shaloch manot ” Bag.
Before we moved into our home…the boys played Hide and Seek and had the best time and Mendel thought this house was the best to play in.
There were several occasions when Mendel invited David to Dr. and Mrs. Cotlar’s home to swim. That was AWESOME!
These are just a few stories we wanted to share about a very special person who has touched all of our lives one way or another. He will always be in our hearts and remembered as an incredible person. Mendel always made you smile because he always smiled when you saw him.
Mendel has touched all of our lives and hearts. He will be truly missed.
